At TEN ICHI MART, we’re dedicated to ensuring our customers enjoy a worry‐free shopping experience. Most items purchased from TEN ICHI MART can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. For categories such as Food, Beverages, Snacks, Dry Goods, Health Supplements, and Perishable Items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your shipment due to issues of damage or quality. To ensure that every customer receives safe and high-quality products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on beauty products once they have been opened or used—except in cases where there is a verified quality issue. Please note that some items may have unique return requirements or policies. Replacement and Refund Guidelines

If you receive items that are damaged, missing, expired, defective, or otherwise have quality concerns, TEN ICHI MART will refund the affected product(s). Please note that if your package is returned for personal reasons, duty taxes will not be reimbursed—only the cost of the product(s) and shipping fees will be refunded.

Product Issue Resolution

Should you encounter a product that is defective, damaged, expired, or shows quality issues, you may request a return within the designated period. TEN ICHI MART will review your request within 1-3 business days. If the item is available in our inventory, you can opt for either a refund or a replacement. In cases where the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

While our standard return window is 30 days for most products, certain items are not eligible for return:

Consumable items such as food, snacks, dry goods, health supplements, and ready-to-eat products are non-returnable unless they have a defect or quality issue. Products that have been misused, damaged, altered, or rendered unsellable due to customer tampering. Items with missing components, labels, or altered serial numbers. Products that have triggered an allergic reaction due to individual sensitivities. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists or consulting a certified medical professional prior to use. Clearance items advertised as near expiration or bearing imperfections. Personal hygiene items like undergarments and intimate products are not returnable unless they are defective or fail to meet quality standards. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except for those damaged during transit which may be eligible for return after inspection.

Return Shipping Responsibility

TEN ICHI MART will cover the return shipping cost if the item is being returned due to:

Damage incurred during shipping; Delivery of an incorrect item; Receipt of an expired product; Any defect or quality issue with the product.

For returns made for personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity—the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to Process a Return

RMA Requirement: Email help@tenichimart.com with your order number, a photo if needed, quantity, and reason to receive an RMA number.

Item Condition: Returns for personal reasons must be new and unopened; otherwise, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Time Limit & Package Contents: Ensure your return reaches us within 15 business days of receiving the RMA and includes all original items, accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Processing & Refunds: Once received, returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days).
